Smoked Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pork Butt

  • 1.5 TBSP of Mustard

  • Nick's Smoke House Seasoning or your Favorite Seasoning (Brown Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika)

  • Half Stick of Salted Butter

  • 3/4 cup of BBQ Sauce

Steps:

  1. Set Smoker/Oven at 275F or 135C (If using an oven you can use Liquid Smoke to add smoky flavor)

  2. Every 2 hours baste with butter.

  3. Cook for 8 Hours Total.

  4. After 8 Hours, set for aside for 15 minutes.

  5. Shred the pork.

  6. Mix BBQ Sauce.

  7. Enjoy!
