Smoked Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
1 Pork Butt
1.5 TBSP of Mustard
Nick's Smoke House Seasoning or your Favorite Seasoning (Brown Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika)
Half Stick of Salted Butter
3/4 cup of BBQ Sauce
Steps:
Set Smoker/Oven at 275F or 135C (If using an oven you can use Liquid Smoke to add smoky flavor)
Every 2 hours baste with butter.
Cook for 8 Hours Total.
After 8 Hours, set for aside for 15 minutes.
Shred the pork.
Mix BBQ Sauce.
