Smoked Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
1 Rack of Ribs
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Nick’s Kansas City Rub (Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Lemon Pepper Spices)
BBQ Sauce
Steps:
Prepare the ribs by removing membrane from the ribs.
Begin to apply Black Pepper, Sea Salt, & Spices, pat down the seasoning into ribs.
Set smoker or oven at 250F or 122C, and place ribs and cook for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, lay down some foil, add BBQ sauce on foil and place ribs face down and cover up.
Place wrapped ribs into a warmer, or oven on warm for 45 minutes.
After 45m let the ribs sit for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
