Smoked Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Rack of Ribs

  • Sea Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Nick’s Kansas City Rub (Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Lemon Pepper Spices)

  • BBQ Sauce

Steps:

  1. Prepare the ribs by removing membrane from the ribs.

  2. Begin to apply Black Pepper, Sea Salt, & Spices, pat down the seasoning into ribs.

  3. Set smoker or oven at 250F or 122C, and place ribs and cook for 4 hours.

  4. After 4 hours, lay down some foil, add BBQ sauce on foil and place ribs face down and cover up.

  5. Place wrapped ribs into a warmer, or oven on warm for 45 minutes.

  6. After 45m let the ribs sit for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
